We stand behind the quality of our gear and apparel. If something isn’t right, we offer a fair and efficient return and exchange policy to keep your experience strong, seamless, and sanitary.

30-Day Return & Exchange Window (In-Store)

14-Day Return & Exchange Window (Online-Store)

Items purchased in person may be returned or exchanged within 14/30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

• Product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• No visible signs of wear, odor, or damage
• Accompanied by a physical or digital receipt as proof of purchase

Returns without a receipt of purchase cannot be accepted.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)

For your protection and ours, certain personal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

• Mouth guards
• Groin protectors (cups)
• Underwear or compression shorts
• Any opened protective gear or worn apparel

We highly encourage customers to inspect these items carefully before purchase.

10-Day Damage or Defect Reporting (In-Person Sales)

If an item you purchased in person is defective or damaged, please report it to us within 10 days of the purchase date. Bring the item and your receipt to the shop, and we’ll work with you to find a solution—replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue.
